What Is Residensi Wilayah?
Previosly known as RUMAWIP, Residensi Wilayah Keluarga Malaysia is an affordable housing scheme providing comfortable, quality and affordable home to all Federal Territory citizen.
Vision
Nowadays, expensive house prices make it difficult for home buyers especially from middle-income earners to buy and own a dream home. Hence, RESIDENSI WILAYAH was created to provide a comfortable, quality and affordable home to citizens of Federal Territory.
Qualification Requirement

Priority is given to applicants who are currently born, working or living in Wilayah Persekutuan.

Monthly gross income below RM10,000(Single) and RM15,000(Married)

Applicant must register in Protal Residensi Wilayah

Housing is a critical and important element for development in the three Federal Territories (Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Labuan). It is also for the realization of Malaysia’s desire of achieving advanced and high income status.
